No! All of our programs are designed for children of all skill levels. Whether your child is trying arts and crafts for the first time or already loves creating, our activities are adapted to encourage confidence, creativity, and success for every participant.
Class lengths vary depending on the program and location. Most after-school and community centre classes run between 60 and 90 minutes, while PA Day programs are offered as full-day experiences. Specific class times are listed when registration opens.
Our programs help children develop creativity, confidence, problem-solving skills, fine motor skills, and social connections through engaging, hands-on experiences. Children also have opportunities to strengthen communication, teamwork, and self-expression while creating projects they are proud to take home.
Mini Makers Lab programs are offered at participating schools, local community centres, and other community locations. Program locations vary depending on the session and are listed during registration.
Absolutely! We strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. Our Special Needs Crafting Club offers thoughtfully adapted activities to meet a variety of abilities and support needs, ensuring participants can engage at their own pace and experience success.
For most programs, all supplies are provided. We recommend children wear comfortable clothing that can get a little messy during creative activities and bring a labelled water bottle. For full-day PA Day Care, children should also bring a nut-free lunch and snacks.
